8. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@jpsuppliesltd.co.uk with your order details and reason for return. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and tags intact.
Certain items such as perishable goods, personalised products, and intimate items (e.g., earrings, undergarments) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
A handling charge of £5.95 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing and administrative costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund (minus the £4.95 handling fee) will be processed instead.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund without charging the £4.95 handling fee. Return shipping costs will also be reimbursed.
Some Dams Furniture items are made to order and are therefore non-returnable unless faulty.
If your Dams Furniture order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
We will work with the manufacturer to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as necessary.
If an exception is made for returning a non-faulty Dams Furniture item, the following charges will apply:
50% charge if the item has been built.
30% charge if the item is still in its box and not assembled.
Built and bagged furniture requires additional time for booking with the client, so returns may take up to 5 working days.
If delivery-only was chosen, return shipments will follow a Next Day (N/D) delivery schedule.
If a VOW Furniture chair is unsuitable, a 35% restocking fee will apply.
